Oct. 27
-Civil complaint from Southwind Drive, Helena.
Oct. 28
-Structure fire from the 1100 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville. Damaged was a singlewide mobile home.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett.
-Hit-and-run from the 6800 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway, street).
-Domestic investigation from the 2600 block of Buttewoods Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 3700 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield, wiper and outside mirror in the amount of $700.
-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Carriage Creek Path, Chelsea.
-Property damage from County Road 47 at U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea. Damaged was a driver’s side window in the amount of $500.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Crest Drive, Sterrett.
-Injured animal from the 27000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (highway, street).
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of County Road 302, Shelby.
-Theft of property/criminal mischief from Beaver Creek Road, Columbiana (highway, street). Stolen and recovered was a 1987 Ford 3/4-ton pickup.
-Theft of property from the 14000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (specialty store). Stolen was a 1997 Sprint bassboat and trailer with Johnson 150 outboard valued at $5,000.
-Burglary from the 400 block of Highway 17, Montevallo. Stolen was a garage door opener valued at $300.
-Burglary from the 500 block of Sunset Lake Lane, Chelsea. Stolen was a guitar amp valued at $400. Damaged was a garage door in the amount of $100.
-Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a mailbox.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham. (Suffix 02).
-Harassment from the 100 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham. (Suffix 01).
-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Highway 41, Leeds.
-Disorderly conduct from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college).
-Home repair fraud from the 700 block of Salser Lane, Chelsea. Stolen was construction work promised valued at $1,356.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of prescription medication from County Road 52 at Helena Elementary (school, college). Confiscated, seized were 5.7 grams of green leafy substance (marijuana) inside a plastic bag.
-Assist law enforcement from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (other, unknown).
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 3000 block of Highway 70, Columbiana.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Hollybrook Road, Leeds.
-Domestic violence (harassment)/resisting arrest from the 2000 block of Highway 70, Columbiana.
-Theft of property from Inverness Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a .22-caliber lever action rifle valued at $20, a 12-gauge double barrel shotgun valued at $100 and miscellaneous jewelry valued at $350.
-Forgery from Applecross Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Sweet Gum Drive, Chelsea. (Suffix 01).
-Theft of property from the 3600 block of County Road 26. Stolen was a Dodge D150 valued at $1,000.
-Theft of property from Lilac Lane, Wilsonville. Stolen were GMAC C1500 pickup, a medium size reel toolbox, a set of tools valued at $200, a circular saw, jig saw, drill, two car wraps, clothes and photos.
-Fraudulent use of credit card/identity theft from the 500 block of Harvest Ridge lane, Birmingham.
Oct. 30
-Suicide attempt from Highway 25, Montevallo.
-Robbery from the 2300 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. Stolen were a car key for a Cadillac CTS 2003, an apartment key, an iPhone and $300 in cash.
-Structure fire from the 600 block of Highland Lakes Cove, Birmingham.
-Harassment from Springcreek Way, Shelby.
-Property damage (vehicle versus deer) from the 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche truck.
-Juvenile runaway from Alabama Youth Drive, Harpersville (school, college).
-Theft of property to the 4200 block of Keith Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a 1990 Suzuki four-wheeler valued at $2,000.
-Duty to stop and remain at scene from Highway 11, Chelsea (parking lot, garage, school, college).
-Burglary/theft of property from the 10000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. Stolen were jewelry, coins and electronics valued at $5,640.
-Burglary from the 700 block of County Road 99, Shelby. .410 shotgun, .22-caliber rifle, jewelry, a DVD player and a gas-powered pressure washer.
-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 61, Columbiana (commercial). Stolen was a 1999 Hyster forklift valued at $18,000.
-Forgery from the 400 block of County Road 335, Chelsea.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from Willow Bend Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were a turbo charger valued at $200, a key valued at $75 and a Pioneer CD player valued at $100.
Oct. 31
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were items valued at $27.95.
-Criminal mischief from Bradford Place, Birmingham. Damaged was a driveway lamp in the amount of $500.
-Use of false identity to obstruct justice from the 200 block of Overland Drive, Montevallo.
-Harassing communications from the 5300 block of Huntcliff Road, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Theft of property from the 4800 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (convenience store). Stolen were eye drops valued at $2.79 and headache powder valued at $2.38.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 47 South at County Road 61, Shelby (highway, street). Recovered was a 5-inch silver pipe with black rubber end.
-Domestic violence from the 700 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.
-Burglary from the 200 block of Jenkins Farm Road, Helena.
-Burglary from the 13000 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (commercial). Damaged was a wall.

-Burglary/unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle from Frank Acres, Vandiver. Stolen were an HP laptop valued at $500, a CD case valued at $15 and CDs valued at $50. Damaged was a doorframe.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 2400 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. Recovered was marijuana.
-Theft of property-shoplifting from Wal-mart of Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were items valued at $63.90.
-Fleeing or attempting to elude police officers from the 3000 block of County Road 36, Chelsea (highway, street).
-Theft of property from the 2900 block of Selkirk Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were a mailbox valued at $29 and miscellaneous mail.
-Criminal mischief from the 2900 block of Selkirk Circle, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2003 Eclipse.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 1000 block of Highway 30, Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 800 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle.
-Theft of property from the 4600 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a vehicle tag valued at $114.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 200 block of Highway 338, Chelsea. Stolen were a driver’s license, $5 in cash, 70 pills of prescription medicine and Merle Norman cosmetics valued at $100.
-Damage to country property/discharging county issue firearm from the 3000 block of County Road 51, Westover. Damaged were a front passenger fender and front passenger door panel.
-Violation of protection order from the 200 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Mimosa Drive, Helena.
Nov. 2
-Criminal mischief from the 2400 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged were two tires.
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were items valued at $38.78.
-Harassment from the 4900 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.
-Unlawful possession of control substance from Highway 10 and Highway 204, Montevallo. Recovered was 1.1-gram of methamphetamine in a clear plastic bag.
-Property damage from Alabama Highway 25 near the intersection of County Road 75, Harpersville (highway, street). Damaged was the right front passenger window glass.
-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Shelby Forest Court, Chelsea. Stolen was an inflatable pumpkin with three ghosts valued at $60.
-Cruelty to animals from the 200 block of Indian Crest Drive. Damaged were three horses.
-Animal complaint from the 5200 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. Damaged was a yard.
-Domestic investigation from the 16000 block of County Road 402, Shelby.
-Identity theft from the 500 block of Meadow Ridge Circle, Birmingham.
-Burglary from the 600 block of Highland Lake Cove, Birmingham. Damaged were shirts and pants and two sofas.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Narrows Parkway, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were copper wire, a Dewalt angle grinder and a combo tool kit valued at a total of $525.
