Nov. 10
-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Depot Street, Wilton. Damaged were tires.
-Civil dispute from the 400 block of Wade Drive (restaurant).
-Theft of property from the 400 block of Church Street, Wilton. Stolen was $3,350 in cash.
-Recovered property from Kelley Lane, Columbiana (government, public building). Recovered was a Champion 20-gauge shotgun valued at$100.
Nov. 12
-Harassment/disorderly conduct from the 5800 building of Heather Ridge Parkway, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).
-Violation of protection order from the 4000 block of Highway 49, Columbiana.
-Criminal mischief from Grande Visa Way at County Road 39, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged were two Regent Reflector 300-watt spotlights in the amount of $300.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Christy Drive, Shelby. Confiscated, seized were approximately 0.6 grams of marijuana.
-Rape from Kenley Way, Birmingham.
-Theft of property/civil dispute from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville. Stolen were furniture and appliances, some of which were valued at $3,600.
-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 from Highway 55, Sterrett.
-Theft of property/fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (other, unknown). Stolen were two credit type cards.
-Discharging firearm into unoccupied dwelling from the 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver. Recovered was a .38-caliber projectile.
-Burglary from the 9000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo. Stolen were a house key and a Remington firearm.
-Forgery from the 5100 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. Forged, counterfeited was a check valued at $1,176.18.

-Death investigation from the 6400 block of Rock School Road, Harpersville.
-Harassing communications from Old Highway 55.
-Theft of property (shoplifting) from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (specialty store). Stolen wee items valued at $83.37.
-Harassing communications from Marigold Road, Shelby.
-Theft of property from the 8600 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. Stolen was $60 in assorted U.S. currency.
-Suicide attempt from County Road 39, Chelsea.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 at Mission Hills Drive, Alabaster (highway, street). Recovered were 7.5 grams of marijuana with a plastic Baggie.
-Assault from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Wehapa Circle, Leeds.
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Damaged/stolen/recovered were two cough medications in the amount of $3.94 and one cough and chest medication in the amount of $6.96.
-Theft of property from the 300 block of Turnberry Road. Stolen were three makeup bags with accessories valued at $100 and toiletries valued at $25.
-Miscellaneous information from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (specialty store).
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Merry Fox Farms Road, Alabaster.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 200 block of County Road 39, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the Stinson Drive, Wilsonville.
-Harassment-domestic violence from the 3200 block of Highway 61, Columbiana.
-Community notification violation (failure to register employment) from the 8400 bock of Old Highway 280, Westover (highway, street).
-Burglary/theft of property from the 300 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were 1.5 milliliters of liquid Methadone valued at $12 and 14 Klonapin valued at $4.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Brynhurst Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were a diamond tennis bracelet valued at $1,000, a three-diamond ring valued at $1,000 and a black onyx ring valued at $200.

-Harassment from the 1100 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Adams Road, Leeds. Damaged were a dead bolt door lock and doorknob lock in the amount of $40.
-Drug paraphernalia from Spring Creek Road East at Motley Avenue, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was one used 1-mililiter syringe.
-Public intoxication from the 1300 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.
-Harassment/criminal trespass from the 300 block of Goldilocks Lane, Maylene.
-Property damage from the 11000 block of Highway 41, Leeds (highway, street). Damaged was the front of a vehicle.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Turtle Dove Lane.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-assault from Ford Drive, Columbiana.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 200 block of Birch Creek Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were $15 in nickels, dimes and quarters.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Atchison Drive, Chelsea (specialty store). Stolen were items valued at $769.96.
-Burglary (dwelling) from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham. Stolen were items valued at $2,173.
-Fraudulent use of a credit card/theft of property from unknown (service, gas station). Stolen were a food stamp card, $21 in U.S. currency and a MasterCard.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 400 block of Mulberry Hill Road, Sterrett. Stolen were a Remington 30-06 firearm valued at $800, a Vari-X scope valued at $600, a camo sling valued at $15 and a fold down bi-pod valued at $40.

-Violation of protection order from Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby.
-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Dubose Drive. Damaged was a 1995 Buick Century.
-Violation of protection order from (other, unknown).
-Abandoned vehicle from Highway 270 and Highway 260, Maylene (highway, street).
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Ballantrae Club Drive, Pelham (field, woods). Damaged was an aluminum gate in the amount of $60.
-Assault from Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were items valued at $540.
-Burglary from the 57000 block of Highway 25, Leeds. Stolen were items valued at $28.66, a wedding album and various medications.
-Burglary from Down Circle, Shelby. Stolen a Marlin bolt-acti0on .22-caliber firearm valued at $150 and riflescope valued at $250.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Autry Lane.
-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 12000 block of County Road 42, Vandiver. Damaged were four roosters (killed) in the amount of $800.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Narrows Way, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Damage to property from the 1200 block of Inverness lane, Birmingham. Damages included a carpet (stained), a sliding glass door (broken), a desk (damaged), holes punched in several wall and damage to several interior doors.
-Found drug paraphernalia from the 1200 block of Rock School Road, Westover (field, woods). Recovered were two bottles used for methamphetamine lab.
-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Ozley Road, Alabaster.
-Theft of property from the 8000 block of Highway 155. Stolen was an air compressor valued at $300.
-Property damage from County line/Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Mercury Sable.
-Manufacturing controlled substance from the 3300 block of County Road 37, Columbiana.
-Criminal trespass from the 500 block of Ozley Road, Alabaster.
-Theft of property from Red Tip Lane, Helena. Stolen was a 2-ton air conditioner unit valued at $1,200.
-Forgery from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (bank).
-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 4900 block of Sussex Road, Birmingham (department store). Stolen was a Visa debit card valued at $87,98.
-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Westover Road, Westover (government, public building). Stolen were a 1997 Ford Crown Victoria and Coleman generator.
-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Highway 47, Columbiana. Stolen were a Power Wheels Fisher-Price four-wheeler electric valued at $600.
-Recovered stolen vehicle/possession of forged instrument from the 16000 block of Highway 280 East, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a 1997 Ford Crown Victoria.

-Death investigation from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest, Alabaster (other, unknown).
-Animal complaint from Hidden Meadows Lane, Wilsonville.
-Recovered stolen vehicle/receiving stolen property from Highway 280 and County 43 (highway, street). Recovered was a 2000 Ford Taurus.
-Property damage from Highway 31 at the intersection of Wal-Mart (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Crown Victoria.
-Property damage from the 1700 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (highway, street). Damaged was a trailer.
-Menacing from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster.
-Criminal trespass from the 3900 block of Highway 30, Wilsonville.
-Harassment from Morris Drive, Montevallo.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 5200 block of U.S. 280 West, Birmingham (highway, street).
-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Pine Drive, Vincent.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster.
-Discharging firearm into occupied dwelling from the 1400 block of Inverness Cliffs Apartments, Birmingham. Damaged was a bedroom window.
-Agency assist from Shelby County Sheriff’s Office (government, public building). Recovered was an AT&T LG phone.
-Found stolen property from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (highway, street). Recovered were a Social Security card and a red bag with receipts.
-Burglary/unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 15000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett. Stolen were a Regions checkbook, a credit card, Social Security card, a Taylor Made golf driver valued at $175, $11 in cash, a purse and a driver’s license.
-Criminal mischief from the 25000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana. Damaged were a floor, panels of sheetrock, a porch screen, two electrical outlets and a wall shelf in the amount of $1,725. Stolen were fence posts and fence material valued at $750.
-Burglary from the 100 block of August Road, Columbiana. Stolen were bottles of Lortab containing 150 7.5 milligram tablets and 90 7.5 milligram tablets, $500 in U.S. currency, a .357 Smith & Wesson revolver valued at $350 and a .38 Taurus revolver valued at $250.
