Oct. 5
-Assault-domestic violence from the 100 block of Strothers Street, Wilton.
Oct. 6
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from Calumet Drive. Listed as stolen was an Apple iPod valued at $100.
-Civil complaint from Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo.
Oct. 7
-Harassing communications from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.
-Bribery of public servants from the 10000 block of Highway 280, Westover (highway, street).
-Criminal mischief from Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville. Damaged were 10 flowers and flowerpots in the amount of $300, a rocking chair in the amount of $80 and a birdbath in the amount of $150.
-Theft of property from Railroad Street, Leeds. Stolen was scrap copper valued t $50.
-Animal cruel from Cedar Hill Farm Lane, Westover. Damaged was a 12-year-old Poodle.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Spring Branch Road, Columbiana.
-Trespassing/harassment from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 9000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.
-Motor vehicle accident-no damage from Highway 216 and Spri9ng Creek Road (highway, street).
-Harassing communications from the 2100 block of Highway 13, Helena.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of River Birch Road, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 4100 block of Highway 93 North, Helena.
-Domestic violence from the 600 block of County Road 315, Columbiana.
-Unlawful breaking and entering from the 100 block of Twin Oaks Circle, Chelsea. Stolen were an iPod valued at $200 and 11 CDs valued at $120.
-Death investigation from the 7000 block of County Road 17, Maylene.
Oct. 8
-Burglary from the 200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were electronics valued at $5,600 as well as jewelry and PlayStation and X-Box games.
-Burglary from the 5400 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a Sony laptop valued at $1,000 and a 42-inch plasma HD television valued at $3,000. Damaged was a glass door.
-Forgery from the 2100 block of Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Domestic violence from Pioneer Avenue, Montevallo.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 5200 block of Valleybrook Circle, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the entrance to Inverness Cliffs (other, unknown).
-Theft of property from the 100 bock of Highway 270, Maylene. Stolen was a leather wallet valued at $25 and OLN item valued at $25 and two credit cards.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Hollybrook Road, Columbiana. Stolen was approximately $350 in U.S. currency.
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.s. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were three laser sights valued at $89.91 and a high definition digital camera value at $99.
-Resisting arrest from the 100 block of Morris Estates Drive.
-Assault from the 6900 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 200 block of Bishop Lane, Pelham. Stolen were a Dell laptop valued at $400 and $80 in U.S. currency.
-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (commercial).
-Permitting dogs to run at large from Branch Drive, Chelsea (highway, street).
-Animal compliant from the 2300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.
-Theft from the 1700 block of Dana Place, Montevallo. Stolen were furniture and appliances valued at approximately $15,000.
-Domestic investigation from Church Drive, Montevallo.
Oct. 9
-Property damage (motor vehicle) from the 8500 block of Highway 25, Wilton (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Crown Victoria.
-Harassment from the 1000- block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).
-Property damage from Highway 280 westbound around Highland Lakes (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Volkswagen Beetle.
-Civil dispute from the 700 block of County Road 71, Shelby.
-Assault from the 12000 block of Trotts Lane, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Vantana Drive.
-Theft of property from the 400 block of Church Street, Montevallo. Stolen was a Harley Davidson black leather trunk with chrome luggage rack valued at $1,900 and assorted items in the trunk valued at $500.
-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer. Damaged were 12 plants in the amount of $3,500 an irrigation system, Christmas tree, television cable and Monkey grass.
-Breaking and entering vehicle from Heardmont Park, Highway 119, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were purse and contents valued at $150 and a Nikon D-90 camera valued at $2,000.
-Theft of property from Highway 26, Columbiana.
Oct. 10
-Death investigation from the 3000 block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham.
-Death investigation-hospice from Brush Creek, Columbiana. Damaged/destroyed were various medications.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 800 block of Highway 31 South, Saginaw.
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 3600 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.
-Driving under the influence of alcohol/minor in possession of alcohol from County Road 17 and County Road 22, Jones Country “Store (convenience store).
-Harassment from the 6000 block of Highway 119, Birmingham (school, college).
-Harassment from the 5000 block of Highway 25, Montevallo.
-Suicide attempt from Highway 221, Montevallo.
-Domestic investigation from County Road 47 at County Road 307, Shelby (highway street, resident home).
-Animal cruelty from Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Narrows Peak Circle, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from Bradley Drive, Chelsea.
-Burglary from the 1000 block of Williams Trace.
-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a purse valued at $200, a wallet valued at $50, $5 in U.S. currency, a check card, Visa card, credit card and gift card valued at $30.
-Theft from Church Street, Wilton. Stolen and recovered was a 1974 Pontiac Catalina valued at $300.
