-Theft of property from 630 at Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was clothing valued at $44.50.

-Identity theft from the 97048 block of Diamond Lane, Yulee, Fla.

-Found property from Highway 31 (highway, street). Recovered were a ladies’ wallet, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a Regions Visa check card, a Social Security card, and $4 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 at Thompson Road (highway, street). Confiscated seized was a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Domestic incident/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Chestnut Drive. Damaged were round glass walls in a shower, a window in a bedroom, a garage door window and a mirror in the amount of $1,050 total.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Regency Drive (commercial). Stolen was cargo trailer valued at $2,704.59.

-Recovered property from Sixth Street Southwest (highway, street). Recovered was a lady’s purse.

-Harassment from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Identity theft from the Internet.

-Criminal mischief from the 900 block of Colonial Drive. Damaged was a glass window in the amount of $100. Stolen was a checkbook.

-Theft of property from South Promenade (restaurant). Stolen were a 2008 Toyota Tundra valued at $43,000 and a Regions checkbook.

-Lost tag from the 1800 block of Arrow Drive.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade (commercial). Stolen was Jolly Rancher candy valued at $2.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Wilderness Trail.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Dogwood Trail. Stolen was a Blackberry Curve valued at $500.

-Lost tag from Peavine Mobile Home Park.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from 12th Street Southwest at Ninth Avenue Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 2.1 grams Hydrocodone pills and 1.2 grams green leafy substance believe to be marijuana.

Oct. 18

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from Colonial Promenade (restaurant). Stolen were two jackets valued at $200, an iPod valued at $200 and a global positioning system valued at $300.

-Domestic violence investigation/domestic incident from the 100 block of Timberleaf Circle.

-Information from the parking lot of the 1200 building of Windsor Court.

-Information only from the 1800 block of Arrow Drive.

-Domestic incident from the 1200 block of Eighth Avenue Southwest.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Warrior Drive (government, public building). Damaged were four restroom sinks.

-Damage to property from Progress Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a streetlight.

-Theft/breaking /entering of a vehicle from 7951 U.S. Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Blackberry Storm with outer box valued at $250.

-Burglary from the 2000 block of 15th Street.

-Theft from 7850 U.S. Highway 31 (storage facility). Stolen were 75 CDs valued at $600.

-Incident from the 13000 block of Highway 25.

Sept. 30

-Criminal mischief from Nottingham Drive. Damaged in the amount of $3 was privacy fence lumber.

-Theft (shoplifting) from the 5000 block of U.S. Highway 31 (convenience store). Stolen was a case of Budweiser beer in bottles valued at $17.99.

-Domestic violence from the 400 block of Savannah Cove

-Recovery of property from 8730 U.S. Highway 31 (church). Stolen and recovered was a Kia Spectra valued at $10,000.

-Domestic violence from the 959 block of 10th Street (other, unknown).

Oct. 5

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from 11731 Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a passenger side door and window valued at $1,000. Damaged was a driver’s side window in the amount of $200.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Merimeadows Drive.

-Domestic violence from 22nd Avenue.

-Criminal mischief from 203 Shiloh Creek Drive (commercial). Damaged in the amount of $100 was a double pane insulated window.

-Theft from the 1700 block of 21st Avenue. Stolen was an 18-speed mountain bicycle valued at $75.

Oct. 6

-Domestic violence from the 900 block of Meriweather Drive.

-Domestic violence from the 70 block of Ivanhoe Lane.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle from 5075 U.S. Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $400 was a Ford Focus front passenger window. Same case number as below.

-Theft from 5075 U.S. Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a leather purse with miscellaneous papers valued at $40 and $100 in U.S. currency. (Suffix A).

Oct. 7

-Theft/burglary from the 1900 block of 22nd Avenue. Stolen was DVD player valued at $100, a radio/scanner valued at $60 and 20 Xanax.

-Public intoxication/unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 2000 block of 21st Avenue (highway, street). Listed were a Pioneer CD stereo, Marlboro Lights cigarettes, Ultracet, Benazepril, a flashlight, glass cutter and wood chisel.

-An incident with the same case number as above from 2000 block of 21st Avenue (highway, street). Listed were a red screwdriver, label maker and left-handed glove.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 2000 block of 21st Avenue. Stolen were a blackberry and charger valued at $180, a face plate for a JVC radio valued at $120, a media player valued at $110, a jacket valued at $10 and sunglasses valued at $5.

-Theft/breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2000 block of 21st Avenue. Stolen were a Dewalt screw gun valued at $99 and a flashlight valued at $30. Stolen and recovered was a label maker valued at $30. Also listed were two vehicles.

Oct. 8

-Domestic violence/violation of protection order from the 1800 block of 21st Avenue.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 2100 block of 22nd Street. Stolen was a carton of Marlboro cigarettes valued at $43.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/credit cards and debit cards illegal possession fraudulent use from the 100 block of Sumner Drive. Stolen was a Regions bank card.

-Domestic violence from 959 10th Street (highway, street).

-Incident from 9140 U.S. Highway 31. Damaged were five windows in the amount of $250, two storm doors in the amount of $200, a law mower in the amount of $200, and three doors and locks in the amount of $45.

Oct. 9

-Breaking and entering vehicle/theft from the 1000 block of Little Sorrell Drive. Stolen were Cannon Rebel XT valued at $900, a Kodak 2710 valued at $250, a Motorola pre paid phone valued at$30, a camera battery pack valued at $250, and a rechargeable battery pack valued at $125.

-Breaking and entering vehicle/theft from the 1000 block of Little Sorrell Drive. Stolen wee $500 in U.S. currency, a Glock firearm valued at $500 and a gun holster valued at $50.

-Identity theft/possession of forged instrument from the 500 block of County Road 304.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 100 block of Rossburg Drive. Stolen were a Ruger firearm valued at $442.75, a Motorola Motomax global positioning system valued at $350 and a Cannon Sureshot camera valued at $200.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 1000 block of Little Sorrel Drive. Stolen was a Uniden radar detector valued at $60.

-Identity theft from the 600 block of 18th Street. Stolen was a Central State Bank card valued at $15.75.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $76.86.

-Harassment from the 300 block of Savannah Circle.

-Theft/breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 300 block of Savannah Circle. Stolen were give credit cards, a blank check, a Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol, a pistol permit and a man’s wallet.

-Harassment from the 1700 block of 21st Avenue.

Oct. 10

-Burglary/breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 300 block of Savannah Circle. Stolen were an iPod valued at $250, a Nokia phone charger valued at $26,an iPod converter valued at $30 and a backpack valued at $15.

-Theft of lost property from the 5800 block of U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen was $1,100 in U.S. currency.

Oct. 11

-Domestic violence from the 500 block of 11th Street.

-Domestic violence from the 1900 block of 22nd Avenue. Listed was a butcher knife.

-Burglary/theft from the 800 block of 13th Street. Stolen was a HP Pavilion laptop computer valued at $1,200 and a Samsung flat screen 32-inch valued at $1,200.

-Criminal mischief/criminal trespass from 9758 Alabama Highway 25 (government, public building). Damaged (spray painted) was a concession stand in the amount of $150.

-Criminal littering/criminal trespass by motor vehicle from Alabama Highway 25/County Road 23 (field, woods).

-Theft (shoplifting) from the 5100 block of U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered were two long sleeve shirts valued at $10 and $8 each.

-Property damage from Savannah Lane. Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $300.

-Domestic violence from the 800 block of Sixth Avenue.

-Criminal mischief from the 2100 block of 18th Street. Damaged were canned goods and sheetrock.

-Breaking and entering a vehicle/theft from 100 Supercenter Drive (supermarket). Stolen were items valued at $789.

-Burglary/theft from the 100 block of Addison Drive. Stolen were an HP Pavilion laptop computer valued at $1,200, a Samsung flat screen television valued at $1,800, a Kodak camera valued at $400,a Wii valued at $500 and a portable hard drive valued at $150. Damaged were a front door and doorframe.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from $199 Supercenter Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Ford F-150 in the amount of $300. Stolen was a computer valued at $2,000.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Interstate 65 and Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Camry rear bumper in the amount of $250.

-Theft of property from Taco Bell, from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway (restaurant). Stolen was a $300 cash deposit.

-Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance from the 1800 block of Indian Hills Road. Confiscated, seized was a plastic Baggie containing seven white tablets marked “54 142” believed to be Methadone 10-milligram valued at $70.

-Miscellaneous information from 304 Huntley Apartment Drive.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from the parking lot of the ABC Store on Cahaba Valley Parkway.

-Theft of property from the 9300 block of Helena Road (bar). Stolen were a Blackberry Pearl T-Mobile cell phone valued at $300 and stolen and recovered was a set of keys valued at $50.

-Public intoxication from in front of 1010 Huntley Apartment Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Death investigation (hospice) from the 300 block of Walker Way. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown area of California. Stolen were unauthorized purchases on a card totaling $43.
