Alabaster

Sept. 14

-Domestic violence investigation/harassing communications from the 100 block of Long Feather Lane.

-Domestic incident from Fifth Avenue Southeast.

-Information only from the 700 block of Cedar Grove Lane, Maylene.

-Information only from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Harassment/criminal mischief from 1600 Kent Dairy Road. Damaged was a front door.

-Criminal mischief from the 1600 block of Kent Dairy Road. Damaged were a right rear side window (scratches) and a dent in the right rear passenger door of a vehicle.

Sept. 15

-Information only from the 100 block of Kentwood Terrace.

-Information only from 100 Dogwood Trail.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from Paradise Mobile Home Park.

-Criminal mischief from 7800 Highway 17 (field, woods). Damaged in the amount of $150 was a satellite dish.

-Damage to property from the rear parking area of the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. Damaged were a fire hydrant in the amount of $1,800 and a shrug that was green with foliage.

-Theft of property/fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Slater Lane (other, unknown). Stolen was a Chase credit card.

-Criminal mischief from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Toyo tire for a 2005 Mazda 3.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Henry Drive. Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $200.

Sept. 8

-Criminal mischief from the 80 block of Southern Hills Drive. Damaged was Nissan Versa in the amount of $300.

-Identity theft from the 90 block of Clearbrook Lane (bank).

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of County Road 227.

-Domestic violence from the 2000 block of Highview Way.

-Theft/burglary from 6180 Highway 31, Quality Tool (specialty store).

Sept. 9

-Forgery from the 100 block of Supercenter Drive (department store). Forged, counterfeited was a check with “damages” listed at $23.83.

-Burglary/theft from the 11000 block of Highway 25 (service, gas station). Stolen were an undisclosed amount of alcohol and cigarettes.

-Animal complaint from 273 19th St. (highway, street).

Sept. 10

-Attempting to elude law enforcement from the 7000 block of U.S. Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Violation of a protection order from 9758 Alabama Highway 25 (parking lot, home).

Sept. 11

-Robbery/theft from Highway 191, Jemison (other, unknown).

-Domestic violence/resisting arrest from the 800 block of County Road 89, Montevallo. Stolen were Methadone tablets Amphetamines/Meth 30 dosage units.

-Burglary/theft from 100 block of Rockbay Lane, Montevallo. Stolen were Lortab, other drugs 36 dosage valued at $100; two Nintendo Game Boys valued at $200; a roll of copper wire valued at $200; keys to a 1996 Dodge Caravan valued at $10; and a True Life 1280-watt generator valued at $200.

Sept. 14

-Criminal trespass from the 400 block of Daventry Circle.

-Domestic violence/violation of protection order from U.S. Highway 31 near Commercial Park Drive (highway, street).

Sept. 17

-Burglary (attempted) from the 100 block of Main Street (commercial). Damaged was a doorknob assembly.

Sept. 20

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Alabama Avenue (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama license tag valued at $69.60

Sept. 21

-Assault/criminal mischief from the 300 block of Horton Farms Road. Damaged was a driver’s side window.

Sept. 14

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 261 at Highway 17 (highway, street).

-Information only from the 100 block of First Avenue West (highway, street).

-Failure to appear-no proof of insurance from Birmingham Trooper Post (jail, prison).

-Damaged property from 4800 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield (chipped) in the amount of $50.

-Property damage from the 700 block of Main Street (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Nissan Murano right rear quarter panel.

-Damaged property from the 3900 Block of Alabama Highway 25 (service, gas station). Damaged was a passenger side rearview mirror.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 25 (department store). Stolen was an unknown amount of clothing.

Sept. 20

-Domestic violence from McDonald’s parking lot (restaurant).

Sept. 21

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Spring Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Chevrolet Impala front windshield.

Pelham

Sept. 3

-Theft by fraudulent leasing (F) from Alabama Rentals 2005 Old Montgomery Highway. Stolen were a 3000 P pressure hose, tips and want valued at $1,199, a gas weed eater valued at $272, and two Stihl 16-inch chain saws valued at $40.

Sept. 8

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two small white round pills marked “74” and “93” valued at $10.

-Unlawful possess of marijuana from the 500 block of Creekview Drive. Recovered were 20 juvenile marijuana plants valued at $40,000.

-Miscellaneous information from unknown.

-Burglary/unlawful possession of controlled substance from Wild Timber. Confiscated, seized were 11 2-milligram Alprazolam tablets valued at $200, a Baggie containing suspected marijuana 5-grams valued at $10 and eight Maxiphen tablets valued at $20.

-Miscellaneous information from 3111 Cummings St. (government, public building). Recovered was an air compressor fitting with suspected marijuana residue valued at $5.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway West (other, unknown).

-Burglary from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen were black bank style moneybag containing pretty cash valued at $55.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 3000 block, of Carroll Street. Confiscated, seized were a clear plastic bag containing approximately 20 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $50, a tin Camel snuff container containing one Suboxone tablet, 1.5 Methadone 10-milligram tablets and one unidentified pill valued at $10, a package of Peaches rolling papers valued at $5, a blue glass smoking pope containing suspected burnt marijuana residue valued at $10 and a hollow stem commonly used to smoke crack cocaine.

Sept. 9

-Burglary from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Damaged was a glass door in the amount of $250. Stolen was $364 in U.S. currency.

-Outside agency assist from Oak Mountain State Park (field, woods).

-Dog bite from Chase Creek Circle.

Sept. 10

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Sommersby Circle (highway, street). Damaged was a Dodge Charger in the amount of $500.

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from 2720 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 2600 block of Chandalar Circle. Stolen were two GPS units valued at $300.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Hidden Creek Circle. Stolen was an Express two-button wool suit jacket and pants valued at $350.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Greenpark South Mobile Home Park. Stolen were a gold bracelet valued at $300, eight gold rings valued at $800 and 25 personal checks.

-Death investigation-hospice from the 100 block of Mallard Point Drive.

-Leaving the scene of an accident (occupied) from Cahaba Valley Road/Southgate Drive (highway, street). Damaged were a 2002 Toyota Forerunner in the amount of $2,000.

Sept. 11

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Pelham Parkway at Commerce Parkway (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were three CDs valued at $12 each.

-Miscellaneous information from unknown.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3100 block of Highway 52 (convenience store). Forged, counterfeited was a $20 bill, which was recovered.

Sept. 12

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered was a case of Bud beer valued at $14.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Cahaba Valley Road at Interstate 65 (highway, street).

-Driving under the influence (combined alcohol and controlled substance)/ leaving the scene of an accident (occupied) from Pelham Parkway at A-Z Vacuum Cleaners (highway, street). Damaged was a 1995 Nissan Altima in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property/outside agency assist-law enforcement form 3193 Lee St. (specialty store). Stolen and recovered was a 2003 BMW valued at $15,000.

-Criminal mischief from 606 Valleyview Drive. Damaged was a 2000 BMW in the amount of $1,000

-Harassment from the 200 block of Greenpark South Mobile Home Park (restaurant).

-Criminal mischief from 105 Lakeside Circle. Damaged were two doors on a 2003 Nissan Sentra in the amount of $2,000.

Sept. 13

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Cahaba Manor Trail. Stolen were a set of diamond earrings valued at $730 and a set of antique earrings value unknown.

Sept. 14

-Theft of property from Susan Schein Chevrolet, 3171 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban valued at $50,000.

-Miscellaneous information from unknown.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was $300 in U.S. currency.

-Driving under the influence/unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Pelham Parkway at Highway 52 West (highway, street). Recovered were eight round white pills with the number 2140 (Soma) valued at $80 and one broken yellow rectangular pill with the numbers 039 (Xanax) valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from a room at Value Place, 101 Bishop Circle (hotel, motel). Recovered were two small plastic bags containing a white powder consistent with cocaine valued at $20.

-Burglary from Chandabrook Drive. Stolen wee a Sylvania DVD player valued at $450, a Phillips DVD player valued at $600, a Phillips DVD recorder valued at $300, a pearl necklace valued at $500 and a pair of diamond half-carat earrings valued at $700.

-Theft of property from Clayton Homes, 3446 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged were three mobile home glass windows in the amount of $750. Stolen were furniture valued at $1,274.

Sept. 15

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Rock Brook Lane. Damaged were three Firestone Hawk tires in the amount of $600.

-Domestic violence from 905 Haddington Dale.
