Donut shop gets new owners

Published Tuesday, January 19, 2010

New ownership has taken over Daylight Donuts in the Inverness Village Shopping Center. Kellie, Matthew, Ronald and Wanda Dyar recently purchased the eatery.

The Dyar family has many years of experience in the food industry, including stints at Bottega, Surin West and Jim ‘N’ Nick’s.

The shop’s new hours are Monday-Friday from 6 a.m.-6 p.m.

The menu includes donuts, pastries, warm sausage rolls, coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate. The Dyars hope to add bagels and fruit cups to the menu soon.

For more information, call Daylight Donuts at 981-3337.
