Thompson drops final spring break game to Walker

The Thompson High School baseball team dropped its final game of the Mountain Brook spring break tournament March 17 with a 6-3 loss to Walker. Spain Park split two games at the Buccaneer Classic and advanced to the tournament semifinals March 18. Briarwood Christian defeated Etowah and Chelsea topped Valley in the Lake Martin Classic in Alex City. Oak Mountain fell to Gardendale in the Nike Gulf Coast Classic in Gulf Shores. Read story
