Mudslinging politics is pathetic in Alabama

Mudslinging politics in Alabama seems to be a fact of life in our state.

That is so pathetic and serves no purpose, other than to cloud important issues which face this beautiful state. I do think, however, that voters are entitled to know the real character, demeanor, sources of funding and agendas of the candidates.

Unfortunately, we all have the responsibility to go scuba diving in the muddy water so that the leeches can attach themselves and thereby, expose themselves to the light.

It does seem that when an individual or organization trys to shine a light, the reaction of the leech is to cry foul. But that doesn’t diminish the fact that it is still a leech.

Let’s have more light in Alabama, produce verifiable background checks on all politicians, publish their records truthfully and objectively, and let the voters have the full light of day on all of the information, in an unbiased form
