Catherine Cousins has joined the staff of the Shelby County Reporter as circulation manager.

Cousins lives on Lay Lake with her husband, Allen, two children, Erich and Laurel, and two pets, a cat named Tigger and a German shepherd named Greta.

&uot;I’m excited to be working with the Shelby County Reporter and look forward to serving the readers of Shelby County,&uot; Cousins said.

Cousins worked for the Reporter before, spending much of her time assisting in circulation.

A lifelong resident of Shelby County, Cousins enjoys hiking, canoeing, camping and travel, especially spending time at her family cabin in Pennsylvania.

She also enjoys photography and operates a professional photography business, Catherine Cousins Photography.

Reporter publisher Tim Prince said he was excited about the possibilities that Cousins brings to the newspaper.

&uot;We could not be happier having Catherine back at the newspaper. Catherine is very focused on serving our readers, both those that have the newspaper delivered to their home or business and those that enjoy picking up the latest edition at a rack or newsdealer; we feel lucky to have Catherine back and fully expect our readers to be pleased with her efforts,&uot; Prince said.

Cousins and her family are members of the First Baptist Church in Columbiana.
