Nov. 9

-Theft of Property from The Shoe Department at 1600 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Stolen was a pair of Timberline boots valued at 64.99.

-Theft of Property from 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Suite 300. Stolen were a Tommy Hilfiger shirt valued at $59 and two Tommy Hilfiger jeans valued at $148.

-Animal Complaint information only from 307 Chestnut Lane.

-Theft of Property (info only) from Interstate Chevron at 1100 1st St. S. Stolen were $5.35 in grocery items, $67.09 and sales tax of 43 cents.

-Theft of Property from The Shoe Department at 519 1st St. S.W. Stolen was $600 in cash in mostly small bills.

-Theft of Property from Southeastern Foundry from 42 Longview Circle. Stolen were Southtrust checks valued at $120, $156.15 and $110.88.

-Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance from Highway 31 and 11th Ave. S.E. Recovered were two grams of crack cocaine valued at $20.

-Natural Death from 415 Willow Glen Drive.

Nov. 11

-Criminal Mischief from Thompson Middle School at 1509 Kent Dairy Road. The outside of the school building received $1,300 damage and the sidewalk received $200.

-Harassment from 1564 Kent Dairy Road Lot 548.

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and driving under the influence of alcohol from County Road 17 at Longmeadow Mobile Home Park. One bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana was recovered.

-Theft of Property from Belk at 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Suite 300. Stolen were two women’s watches valued at $85, a woman’s earrings valued at $20 and one ring valued at $10.

-Damage to Vehicle (info only) from Colonial Promenade Parkway. One Goodyear P185/60R 15 tire received $100 damage.

-Information Only Criminal Mischief from driveway of residence. Eggs were thrown onto the rear of a 2000 Nissan Maxima.

-Theft of Property/Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from Belk at 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway 2100. Three women’s sweaters valued at $174 were recovered.

-Theft of Property from 345 Wilderness Lane. Stolen was a 1996 Honda four-wheeler valued at $2,500.

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from 107 Maple Street. A cigarette filled with marijuana and a film canister filled with marijuana were recovered.

Nov. 13

-Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance from Highway 31. Some 80 pills valued at $100 were recovered.

-Public Intoxication/Carrying a Concealed Weapon from parking lot of Shelby Baptist Medical Center. Recovered were a Ruger P94 9 mm pistol valued at $100; two magazines valued at $20; and an Uncle Mike’s holster valued at $30.

-Theft of Property from 600 Old Highway 31. Ten dresses valued at $1,000 were stolen.

-Criminal Mischief from Wal-Mart parking lot. A 2001 Mercury car door was dented receiving $500 damage.

-Theft of Property from Wal-Mart sidewalk area. Stolen were eight slipcovers valued at $75 or $600 total value.

-Unlawful Breaking and Entering Vehicle/ Theft of Property from Shelby County Commission from Power Mart, Highway 119. Stolen was a Motorola flip phone valued at $150.
