Vivian Jan McGowan, 58, of Sylacauga died Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2006, at Troy Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Vivian Vick.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Coker) Bailey of Sylacauga; her grandchildren, Jasmine and Jordan Bailey; her sister, Patsy Baker of Troy; and her brothers, Donald Vick of Harpersville, Eddie Vick of Harpersville and Billy Wayne Vick of Chelsea.

Service was Jan. 14 at 2 p.m. at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel, the Rev. Michael Truell presiding. Burial followed at Harpersville Cemetery, Curtis and Son directing. Pallbearers were B.B. Baker, Clifford Baker, Jody Lightsey, Colt Lightsey, David Nicholson and Clay Nicholson.
