Earline B. Davis, 72, of Chelsea died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2006, at a Birmingham hospital.

She was born July 7, 1933, in Sterrett and was preceded in death by her father, the Rev. Earl Brasher; her mother, Lilly Brasher; and her brother, Marvin Brasher.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, the Rev. J.D. Davis; five sisters, Kathleen Pilkington, Dorothy Pilkington, Ethleen Pilkington and Danny Helton, all of Sterrett, and Etta Lee Gibson of Phenix City; and two brothers, Calvin Brasher of Sterrett and Manenon Brasher Sr. of Wilsonville.

Service was Jan. 31 at 2 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Chapel with burial following in Mt. Signal Cemetery, Bolton-Letlow directing
