Cathrine &8220;Cay&8221; Clark of Columbiana died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006, at a local hospital.

She was born in Millin, Ga., and had retired as executive director of the Columbiana Housing Authority after 32 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, William M. Clark.

She is survived by her daughter, Gay Blalock; her grandson, Kirk (Kristen) Blalock; her great-grandchildren, Madeline and Makin Blalock; and a host of family and friends.

Graveside service was Feb. 11 at Bolton-Letlow Chapel with burial following in Columbiana City Cemetery, Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home directing
