Alabaster

Feb. 3

-Unauthorized Use of Vehicle from 1757 C Woodbrook Trail involved 2002 Toyota Tundra valued at $10,000. The vehicle was a gray, single cab, long wheel base with tinted windows, black tool box on tailgate, silver tool box behind cab, dent on rear quarter panel on driver&8217;s side.

-Theft of Property from Justice For Girls. Five pair of blue jeans valued at $150 were taken.

-Harassing Communications (telephone) from 938 Windsor Court.

Feb. 4

-Harassment/Criminal Mischief from Chevron Powermart from 7645 Highway 119. A case of Bud Light longneck bottles (20-count) received $15.11 damage.

-Domestic Violence/Harassment from Municipal Park.

-Theft of Gasoline from Murphy Oil USA from pump number three, 560 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Some 14.640 gallons of premium gas valued at $35.12 were stolen.

-Damaged Property (Information Only) from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway. The rear passenger door on the rear passenger side of a 1997 Cadillac received $500 damage.

-Death from 1055 9th Ave. S.W.

-Criminal Mischief from 124 Fox Valley Drive, Maylene (construction site). Several electrical wires received $400 damage and an electrical box received $100 damage.

-Criminal Mischief from 303 Meadowlark Pl. The passenger side window of a 1996 Chevrolet received $250 damage.

-Natural Death from 881 3rd St. N.E.

-Information Only – Damage to City Property/Information Only – First Report of Injury from the parking lot of the Coyote Saloon from 308 1st St. S.W. The front bumper and right front headlight of a 2002 Chevrolet Impala received $1,500 damage.

-Domestic Violence/Assault from 10077 County Road 17, Maylene. Involved a shot glass.

Feb. 5

-Criminal Mischief from the parking lot at 600 Windsor Court. Vehicle paint, all body panels, on a 1991 Honda Accord received $1,500 damage.

-Criminal Mischief from 603 Windsor Court.

A 255/55R17 Kumho Ecsta Tire received $150 damage and vehicle paint, all body panels, received $1,200 damage.

-Criminal Mischief from 1314 Michael Drive. A green mailbox received $50 damage and a wooden mailbox pole received $20 damage.

-Recovery/Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from 1757 C Woodbrook Trail. Four small glass pipes used to smoke crack cocaine and one metal pipe used to smoke crack cocaine were recovered.

Feb. 6

-Harassment from 1264 Bennett Drive. Involved hands.

-Criminal Mischief from the parking lot of Colonial Promenade. The rear tire of a 2001 Ford Mustang received $200 damage.

-Criminal Mischief from 182 Churchill Drive. A mailbox and pole received $250 damage.

Feb. 7

-Recovered Property from the parking lot of the Alabaster Police Department. Involved a check.

-Criminal Mischief from 200 Chestnut Circle. Two brick columns with mailbox and attached lion received $1,000 damage.

-Barking Dog – Information Only from area of 948 6th Ave. N.W.

-Recovered Property /Information Only from 1st Ave. W. at Fire Station No. 1. An FOP membership tag attachment valued at $25 was recovered.

-Identity Text from Nextel.

-Identify Theft from Crosscreek Television. Involved 29 transactions with a stolen value of $12,425.36.

-Trafficking/Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from Old Highway 31 and Shadow Drive. Four grams of marijuana, six grams of Methadose and one marijuana pipe were recovered.

-Criminal Trespassing from Emanuel Temple Holiness Church from 1430 County Road 11.

-Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from Highway 31 and 11th Ave. S.E. A crack pipe was recovered.

-Information Only – Damage to Property from 1555 Fulton Springs Road. The left quarter panel and both left doors of a 2001 Honda Accord received $2,500 damage.

-Information Only (Natural Death) from 881 3rd Ave. N.E. Suite 221.

Feb. 8

-Theft of Gasoline from Murphy USA. Some 15.053 gallons of gasoline at $2.37 per gallon were stolen worth a total value of $35.81.

-Criminal Mischief from Warrior Park Field A. Outfield sod received $1,000 damage.

-Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument from CVS parking lot. A North Carolina OLN valued at $3 was recovered.

Pelham

Feb. 6

-Sex offender investigation from 3300 Highway 11.

-Recovery of stolen property from 6590 Remington Lane. A 2002 Ford Explorer was recovered ($11,889).

-Property damage from Valley Elementary School. A 1989 Chevrolet Blazer was damaged ($500).

-Property damage from Greenpark South motor home park.

-Domestic violence and harassment from an undisclosed location.

-Gas drive-off of $25 from the Pelham BP service station at 2260 Pelham Parkway.

-Domestic violence from an undisclosed location.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from 2775 Pelham Parkway. Items stolen included a debit card and $700 in cash.

Feb. 7

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Interstate 65. A 1991 Ford Mustang was damaged ($500).

-Overdose from Indianwoods Apartments.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the Pelham BP service station at 260 Pelham Parkway. A check and a social security card were stolen.

-Domestic violence from Quality Electric from 2079 Valleydale Terrace.

-Gas drive off of $25 from the Raceway service station at 210 Cahaba Valley Road.

-Cruelty to animals from 102 Oliver Street.

-Death investigation from 577 Cahaba Manor Drive.

-Harassment from Indianwoods Apartments.

-Theft of property from the Bronze room at the Pelham Civic Complex. A laptop was stolen ($2,750).

-Assault and leaving the scene of an accident from Cahaba Valley Road at Cahaba Valley Parkway. A 2000 Ford Crown Victoria was damaged ($10,000).

-Theft of property from 108 Courtyard Manor. Four pallets of Alluriam Stone were stolen ($3,000).

-Identity theft from 1622 Rime Village in Hoover.

-Theft of property from Brast Horticultural Services at 115 David Green Road. Items stolen included a saw ($930), a saw blade ($150) and a wet cutting kit ($50).

-Theft of property from Oak Brook subdivision on Highway 13. Three bathtubs were stolen ($2,400).

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from Highway 47 S. A metal (threaded rod) packed with copper and rubber tip &8220;crack pipe&8221; valued at $1 was recovered.

Feb. 5

-Possession of Controlled Substance/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from McDow Road. Recovered were a used half cc syringe valued at $1, four generic 1 mg Anax tablets valued at $20, and a cellophane cigarette wrapper with pills inside were recovered.

Feb. 7

-Theft of Property from 200 Block of Joinertown Road. A Motorola Southern Linc cell phone was stolen valued at $200.

Feb. 1

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 25 at Highway 23.

Feb. 3

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property from 428 Savannah Cove. Items stolen included 90 CDs ($500), two jackets ($325), two pairs of sunglasses ($240), $10 in cash and various medications.

-Burglary from 157 Highway 42.

Feb. 4

-Burglary theft of property from 2823 Highway 16. A four-wheeler was stolen.

-Burglary from 855 10th Street. A window was damaged.

-Identity theft from various locations around Tuscaloosa County.

-Vehicle Collision reported after the accident from Melton Street. A driver&8217;s side door and side mirror were damaged.

Feb. 1

-Theft of Property from Huddle House Restaurant from 4653 Old Highway 25. Stolen were a Tri-mountain brand jacket, valued at $55; medication (Neurontin 600 mg 60 pills) $160 value; a book from the Montevallo City Library; miscellaneous legal papers; $2 in currency; and a Western Union Receipt with credit card number.

Feb. 2

-Criminal Mischief from fifth grade boys&8217; bathroom from Montevallo Elementary School. Newly painted bathroom wall had curse words written upon it with a Sharpie brand permanent marker.

Feb. 3

-Natural Death from inside residence from Highway 22. Destroyed were Morphine, 2 mg. per mill 21 ML; Activan 2 mg per mill, 22 ML; Morphine 20 mg per mill, 7 ML; Activan 1 mg tablet, 22 tabs; one tablet Morphine Sulfate.

-Missing persons from 215 Doster Drive.

Feb. 5

-Assault from Lucky&8217;s Food-land Plus from Highway 25. Involved hands.

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from Montevallo Police Department from 545 Main Street. A green leafy substance in rolled cigarette paper was recovered.
