Funeral Services for Jessie M. Hosmer, 79, of Alabaster, were at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 5, 2006 at Bolton-Letlow Chapel.

Burial followed in Pinelawn Gardens. Visitation was Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hosmer, who passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2006, at a local hospital, was born on July 16, 1926 in Cottage Hill.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Noah Hosmer, her children, Linda Anderson, Genia Hosmer, brothers, Barney Dobbs, John Cranford and sisters, Frances Summers, Helen Gilbert and Katherine Taylor.

She is survived by her children, Terry (Shirley) Hosmer, Sandra (Bobby) Ellison, Michael (Renee) Hosmer; grandchildren, great grandchildren; siblings, Betty Wesson, Barbara Capilla, Jerry (Ann) Cranford, Jean (Gillis) Warren and Susie (Nick) Nixon.
