Eileen Margaret Sauers, 92, of Columbiana passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at a local nursing home.

She was born on May 5, 1913, in Punxsutawney, Penn., to the late Thomas and Charlotte M. (Allengaugh) Guthrie.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on April 22, 2006 at St. John&8217;s Catholic Church in Logan, Ohio.

Burial followed in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Besides her parents, her husband, Robert Michael Sauers and two sisters, Delores Nagy and Frances Blaine, precede her in death.

She is survived by her son, Robert Thomas (Ann) Sauers of Columbiana; daughter, Christina Jo (Fred) Harper of Laurelville, Ohio; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
