Dewey McDonald, 89, of Fourmile passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2006 at a local hospital.

He was born on October 28, 1916 in Columbiana.

He was a long-time member, deacon and Sunday school teacher at Fourmile Baptist Church. He retired from Kimberly-Clark where he was an instrument mechanic.

Funeral Services were held June 7, 2006 at 2 p.m. at Fourmile Baptist Church.

Burial followed in Fourmile Cemetery.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Emmie Wilder McDonald; sons, Randy (Judy) McDonald, Tommy (Sylvia) McDonald all of Wilsonville; daughter, Nancy (Robert) Paden of Greensboro, NC; sister, Ruby McDonald Higginbotham of Columbiana; grandchildren, Shannon McDonald Clark, Dylan

McDonald, Lance Paden; step-grandchildren, Mary Morgan and Elizabeth Beasley; 7 step-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home directing
