Funeral service for Bryan Harvey McDonald, age 76 of Lipscomb, was 2 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2006 at Bolton-Letlow Chapel with the Rev. David Warren.

Burial was in Pinelawn Garden. Visitation was Tuesday at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mr. McDonald, who passed away on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2006 at a local hospital, was born on Aug. 13, 1930 in Calera. He retired from the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by a special companion, Jean Ragan; his children, Annette (Sherrell) Mooney, Karen Corn and Brenda Yager; four grandchildren, Steven (Rhianna) Mooney, Fallon Moon, Adam Corn and Beyton Yager; and one great-granddaughter, Madison Moon and a host of other family and friends.
