Dana McNeel Bessiere, age 28, of Alabaster died Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2006 in Atlanta.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 23 at 2:30 p.m. at Rockco Chapel and visitation was Friday, Sept. 22 from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home. The Rev. Bobby Caston presided. Bessiere was buried in Macedonia Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn Bessiere of Alabaster; one beautiful, blue eyed, blonde haired baby boy, John; her mother and father, Margaret and Johnny McNeel of Montevallo; brothers, Johnny (Angie) McNeel and Bobby (Jill) McNeel, all of Montevallo; grandparents, Woodrow and Mary Polk of Montevallo and C. Glenn and Virginia Jones of Birmingham; in-laws, Henry and Janet Bessiere of Birmingham; a beloved aunt and uncle, Don and Faye Seagle of Montevallo; and several nieces, nephews, and other aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers make donations to Emory University Hospital at 1364 Clifton Road, N.E. Atlanta, Ga. 30322, care of C.F. Center, attention Arlene Stecenko in memory of Dana Bessiere.
