Funeral services for William Frank Turner were held Thursday, Sept. 28, 2006 at 2 p.m. from East Philidelphia Baptist Church.

Burial was in Cedarlawn Cemetery under the direction McClain-Hays Funeral Home. Mr. Turner, 77, of Helena died Monday, Sept. 25, 2006 in Alabaster. He was a long-time resident of Philadelphia and was part owner of Turner Hardware and Furniture Company. He was a member of Westwood Baptist Church since moving to Helena in 2001. He is survived by two brothers, Joe Turner and Walter Turner, both of Philadelphia; four children, Mike Turner of Denver, Co., Jane Turner Bishop of Pelham, Bill Turner of Nashville, and Dan Turner Pendarvis of Hermitage, Tenn.; and five children.

Visitation was held Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2006 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home.
