Graveside service for Barbara Louise Johnson, age 71, of Westover, was at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006 at Harpersville City Cemetery.

Visitation was from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home. Bishop David Deter officiated.

Mrs. Johnson, who passed away on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2006 at her home, was born on August 12, 1935 in Macon, Ga.

She was baptized and a member at Berney Points Baptist Church for many years.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Alfred Vincent Johnson; daughters, Wanda (Gary) Dimon, Karen (Tom) McDaniel; grandchildren, Chad Richey, Carrie White, Kami Murphy, Clif Dimon; great-grandchildren, Bryce Dimon, Krista Richey; brother, Morris Eugene (Elizabeth) Patterson; sisters, Salome Patterson Humphreys, Reba Patterson Gardner (Johnny) Tisdale and a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to New Beacon Hospice.
