Barbara K. &8220;Bobbie&8221; Hobson of Helena, age 52, died Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2006 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.

Visitation was Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral was held Friday, Oct. 20, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the Rockco Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Allen Foster presided. Burial was in Pineland Memorial

Cemetery.

Surviving are her mother, Beatrice Hobson of Centreville; sister, Pat Hobson of Helena; two brothers, Raymond &8220;Doc&8221; (Betty) Hobson of Centreville; Eugene (Becky) Hobson of Hueytown; a niece, two nephews, two great-nieces and three great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Oliver Hobson.
