Funeral services for Jordan Snow, 16, of Wilton, were held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30, at the Funeral Home. Jordan, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 28, at his home, was born on Aug. 8, 1990 in Birmingham. He is survived by his mother, Michelle Johnson; brother, Jacob Johnson; grandparents, Bob and Sharon McSwain; aunt and uncle, Steve and Vivian McSwain, Linda and Frank Page and host of family and friends.
