Meedie Lawley, 92, of Maylene died Thursday, Feb. 1 in Alabaster. Funeral service was held Sunday, Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. Reverend Waymond Stricklin presided at Rocko Funeral Home Chapel in Montevallo. She was buried in Macedonia Cemetery in Pea Ridge, Al. She is survived by her daughter Laura Lutz of Montevallo, sons Willie Lawley of Montevallo and Joe Lawley of Vandiver; 24 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
