Herman Edward Smith, 75, of Helena died Tuesday, Feb. 6 at home. The funeral service was held Friday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. at Bethel Church in Maylene. Reverend Mannon Brasher presided. He was buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Mary M. Smith; daughters Mary Ann Partridge Best (Thomas) of Columbiana, Freda Vines (Charles) of Panama City, Fl.; son Claudie Ray &8220;Bo&8221; Smith (Barbara); five sisters; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren
