Kathryn Sabrea Northcutt, 70, of Harpersville, died Thursday, Feb. 22 at Brookwood Medical Center. She was a member of Coosa Church of Christ and was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Northcutt; parents, Johnny and Leota Woods; sister, Billie Shelton; and niece, Penny Green. She is survived by her daughter, Kim (Red) Allen; grandchildren, Ashley and Jay Allen; brothers, James (Alvae) Woods and Jimmy (Sandra) Woods; sisters, Bobbie (Deryal) Green, and Cindy (Gary) Rodgers. Visitation was held Friday, Feb. 23 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The funeral service was held Saturday, Feb. 24 at 3 p.m. at Coosa Church of Christ. The Rev. Steve Barlow presided. Pallbearers were Butch Royals, Benji Willis, Dony Willis, Joey Wood, Jeff Denty, Jimmy Wood, Terry Shelton and Lane Woods. She was buried at Harpersville Cemetery. Radney-Smith Funeral Home directed.
