Minnie Stone, 97, of Wilsonville, died Sunday, Feb. 25 at a local hospital. The funeral service was Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 2 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Chapel. The Rev. Steve Thomas presided.

She was buried at Old Chapel UMC Cemetery.

Visitation was Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Stone was born on March 26, 1909 in Shelby County, Alabama. She is survived by her daughters, Doris Jean Wilbanks, Nettie Lou Goodwin and Annie Ruth Jackson; one brother, Cecil Epperson; one sister, Ruth Taylor; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home directed
