&8220;Everybody knows your name.&8221; You know it. Yes, it&8217;s that popular song lyric from the hit 1980s television series Cheers.
But it could also be the mantra for Tin Roof Barbeque, where the restaurant business is all about getting people to come back, time and time again.
&8220;(It&8217;s) the satisfaction of seeing repeat customers,&8221; said co-owner Moe Fitzgerald, commenting on what he likes most about working at the restaurant.
It&8217;s not hard to imagine why the Tin Roof has so many regulars. With its excellent service and stellar food, it is a great place for anyone to visit when they have a craving for BBQ and good friends.
experience.
ATMOSPHERE
It is a large one-room dinning hall with an adjacent bar. Wood walls and low light make it a cozy, carefree place to dine.
Televisions decorate the walls, along with sports posters and autographed pictures. Don&8217;t forget to look up to see the drum set hanging from the ceiling.
MENU
For the meat and taters fan, the Tin Roof has a great selection of choices, including barbeque chicken, turkey, beef and pork.
Salads, Brunswick stew, large potatoes, cheese fries, onion rings, hamburger steak and hushpuppies round out the expansive menu.
There is surely something for everyone.
SERVICE
&8220;Bye Sam,&8221; says Fitzgerald, as one long-standing customer exits the low-lit dining room. Everybody knows everyone.
It is friendly, inviting place, where new and old customers always feel welcomed by the staff.
Waiters and waitresses are passionate about the food and management is just one of the guys. If you go in after a long day of work, you are sure to exit uplifted and definetly with a full stomach.
