Johnny Leon Campbell, 66, of Melbourne, Fla. passed away Monday, April 16, 2007 at William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, Fla., from MDS, a blood disorder. Leon, an Eastern Airlines retiree, was born April 9, 1941, in Shelby County to the late Homer and Maxine Hale Campbell. He moved to Melbourne in 1972. He is survived by his wife, Lola; a son, Ken (Debra) Campbell; a daughter, Amy (Michael) Geric

of Treasure Island, Fla. and a sister, Linda (Larry) Langston of Calera. A memorial service with a reception to follow will be celebrated Thursday, April 19 at 5:30 p.m. at Calvary Chapel of Melbourne, 2955 Minton Road, West Melbourne, Fla. 32904. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to William Childs Hospice House, 381 Medplex Parkway, Palm Bay, FL 32907. South Brevard Funeral Home directed.
