Yvonne Scurlock Parks, 64, of Helena passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2007.

The funeral service was held Saturday, April 21 at 3 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Chapel. Visitation was held Friday, April 20 from 6-8 p.m. at the chapel. The Rev. Bruce Smart presided. She was buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Parks was born on June 24, 1942, in Marville.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Aaron Scurlock; son, Mark Parks and a half brother, Ed Scurlock.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Parks; children, Iris Parks Walters, Connie Parks Davis, Ruth Parks; daughter-in-law, Bo Parks; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Maglene Smith; brothers, GW Scurlock, Aaron Scurlock, Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends
