Claude &8220;Buddy&8221; Petty Warren, 64, of Columbiana passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2007, in a local hospital.

The funeral service was held Friday, May 18 at 10 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Calera. The family received friends Thursday, May 17 at Charter Funeral Home. He was buried in Salem Cemetery in Calera. The Rev. Terry Hill presided.

Buddy was born in Alabama on March 19, 1943, the son of Mr. Claude Petty Warren Sr. and Mrs. Mary Louise Downing Warren.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Warren; daughters, Pamela (Frederick) Trumer and Brandie (Kenny) Malone, all of Columbiana; sister, Tabitha Henley of Clanton; grandchildren, Ellen Glasser, Audrey and Belle Malone, Shaina and Tiffani Trumer, Brent Warren and Danielle Warren
