Barbara Dean Morgan, 61, of Jemison passed away Friday, June 8, 2007 at her home.

The funeral service was held Sunday, June 10 at 2 p.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Randolph. She was buried in Shady Grove Cemetery. The Rev. Kirk Smith presided. Visitation was held June 9 from 6-8 p.m. at the church for friends.

Ms. Morgan was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Randolph.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother Harold and Marjorie Smitherman; husband, Ronnie Daniel; and son, Ron Daniel.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Morgan of Jemison; daughters, Michelle Blankenship (Chris) of Shelby and Lisa (Daniel) Hayes

of Clanton; son, Steve (Lora) Morgan

of Clanton; sister, Gail S. (Don) Lawrence

of Randolph; brother, Wayne (Betty Jo) Smitherman of Randolph; grandchildren, Leah Blankenship, Cody Blankenship, Justin Daniel, Kayla Daniel, Terry Hayes, Danielle Hayes, Matthew Morgan, Tyler Morgan, Hannah Morgan, Casey Morgan and Megan Morgan; mother-in-law, Elvie Daniel; and a host of nieces and nephews
