Graveside services for Cecilia Beard, age 62, of Pelham, were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 16, 2007, at Elmwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Beard, who passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2007, at a local hospital, was born on Sept. 22, 1944 in Birmingham. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Beard.

She is survived by her children, Tim Strozier, Kerry Strozier, Shawn Strozier and Lesia Isbell; five grandchildren; sister, Ann Scobee; and other family and friends
