Murdock&8217;s Personal Message

When liberals tried to use 2,000 illegal absentee ballots to steal our 1994 Chief Justice election of Perry Hooper Sr., I fought for a year in federal court and helped save the election. Hooper became the first Republican Alabama Supreme Court Justice since reconstruction. I was humbled to be elected judge on Alabama&8217;s Civil Appeals Court in 2000, with a 78 percent vote from Shelby County. Whether involving child custody, adoption or other vital cultural issues, I have endeavored in every opinion I&8217;ve written to reflect the conservative values we share. I want to continue doing that on your Supreme Court
