Mary has worked in the Clerk&8217;s office for 33 years; served as circuit clerk since 1999; and has served as Absentee Election Manager since 1988. During Mary&8217;s tenure in the Clerk&8217;s office, she has implemented significant improvements in both efficiency and accessibility of the courts in Shelby County. She established one of the first Circuit Clerk websites in Alabama for attorneys and public use. 18jc.alacourt.gov provides a wealth of information including jury, absentee voting and passport information. Despite the growth of the county and state cutbacks, Mary is committed to having friendly and efficient staff dedicated to serve the public
