Teacher studies at Dauphin Island lab

Dorinda Teague of Riverchase Middle School joined teachers from around the state at a weeklong workshop at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab June 17-22. During the Marine Applications of Science and Technology program, Teague learned how to use global positioning system and how to apply the GPS use in lessons. She also collected marine life samples to take back to the classroom for students to study
