North Shelby-based Citation Corp. announced the resignation of CEO Ed Buker Monday. Also, Daniel C. Lukas will take over as chairman of the board of directors, and Cary Wood has been promoted to chief operating officer. Buker stepped down to pursue other opportunities, according to a press release
