Virginia Flood, 75, of Flower Mound, Texas, passed away Wednesday,

June 13, 2007, in Lewisville, Texas.

She was born June 8, 1932 in Fort Worth, Texas to Francis Marion Robertson and Alice Evangeline Jackson Robertson. She married Lester P. Flood in 1950, who preceded her in death on Nov. 22, 2005.

She is survived by her children, Alice Flood of Dallas, Texas, Anne Rice of Flower Mound, Texas, John Flood of Houston, Texas and Lt. Col. Matthew Flood of Albuquerque, New Mexico; 8 grandchildren; and her brother, Harry Robertson of Houston, Texas.

A graveside service was held at 3 p.m. Thursday, June 14, 2007, at Flower Mound Cemetery in Flower Mound, Texas. The family has requested memorial contributions made to the American Alzheimer’s Association. Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home of Lewisville, Texas was in charge of arrangements
