Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey C. Oetting of Alabaster are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Ashley Potoukian to Jeffrey Alan Bahr, son of Ms. Diane Winston Daffron of Pelham and Mr. William Gregory Bahr of Seagrove, Florida.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Tina Kilpatrick and the late Mr. Hugh W. Kilpatrick, Jr. of Hueytown and Dr. and Mrs. George Oetting of Montgomery. She is a graduate of The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa with a master’s degree in Secondary Education and is a member of Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society.

She is employed as a teacher at Oak Mountain High School.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Clifton Winston of Birmingham, Alabama and Mr. Harold Bahr and the late Mrs. Edna Bahr of Birmingham, Alabama.

He attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Currently he is serving in the United States Army with the rank of Warrant Officer.

The wedding is planned for October 13, 2007 at The Cate’s House in Alabaster.
