Chelsea’s public library was one of nine across the state awarded a grant from the Libri Foundation. Based out of Eugene, Ore., the non-profit organization seeks to put new children’s books in rural communities. Through the grant, Libri matches 2-to-1 donations made by Friends of the Library or other local support groups. The Chelsea librarian can then choose the books the library needs from a list of 700 titles offered by the foundation
