Devin Davis, a sixth grader at Columbiana Middle School, had twelve inches cut off her hair for Locks of Love. Devin had been letting her hair grow over the last year to share with the charity that makes wigs for children diagnosed with cancer. Devin wanted to do this after her grandmother underwent chemotherapy a little over a year ago and needed a wig herself. Devin is the daughter of Darrell and Lisa S. Davis of Columbiana
