Emily Kemp and Walter Pippens Jr. welcomed their new son, Walter Thomas Pippens III on July 16, 2007 at Brookwood Women’s Medical Center in Birmingham. Walter weighed 7 lbs., 14 oz. and 21 inches long. His grandparents are Walter Pippens Sr. and Gwendolyn Pippens of Birmingham and Bobby and Gail Kemp of Calera.
