As part of an orientation pilot program, Birmingham-Southern College students will visit the American Village in Montevallo and Oak Mountain State Park on Aug. 28. The new program is designed to address the question, “What’s the point of a liberal arts education at BSC?” and help first-year students recognize connections between and across disciplines
