Inverness resident Mekayla Jones, 9, of Alabama Starz Gymnastics has qualified for a national test competition to be held at the U.S. National Team Training Center located at the Bela Karolya Gymnastics Camp in Texas this October. Jones is a member of the nation wide gymnastics program Talent Opportunity Program, or TOPs. Jones placed in the Top 100 of her age division, ages 7-11, out of more than 3,00 gymnasts
