Filmmakers Steve Moon and Frankie Carra, of New Moon Films, are looking for film submissions for the second annual Cahaba Film Festival, taking place this fall at the Helena Ampitheatre. Film submissions may be of any length and genre. Short films are encouraged. There is no fee for submitions.
