Billy Cannon, of Montevallo, and Ronald Martucci, of Hoover, are gold medalists once again.

The men’s racquetball doubles combo captured their fourth national gold medal at the 2007 U.S. Racquetball National Doubles Championships in Tempe Arizona, Sept. 30.

Cannon and Martucci, both over 50, were eliminated in the second round of the 50-plus competition, but dropped down an age level to win gold in the 45-plus-A division. They defeated Daba Cornelius and Darold Key, both of Arizona, 15-6 and 15-13 for the title
