The fifth-annual Trick or Treat Trot, a 1-mile fun run sponsored by Valley Elementary and Valley Intermediate schools, will be Oct. 20 at 9:00 a.m. at Pelham City Park. All proceeds benefit the Birmingham Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. The registration fee is $12 per person. Children who participate will receive a participation ribbon and goodie bag, and door prizes will also be awarded
