Vincent Middle/High cadets won the 2007 Commander’s Cup at the annual drill competition held recently at its school. Events included physical tests, precision military drill events, inspections and academic challenges.

Vincent’s team finished in first place for drill teams, sit-ups and the relay race. Thompson High’s JROTC took first in both color guard and team inspection, and Shelby County High’s team took a victory in push-ups.
