Ruby J. Davis of Montevallo celebrated her 100th birthday Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007, at the Econo Lodge in Attalla with more than 100 guests, friends and relatives from Connecticut, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Florida and Alabama. In attendance were her sons, H. Taylor Davis and his Barbara and Edward R. Davis and Ann; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren
