– Olive Garden is announcing the opening of its newest Tuscan Farmhouse-design restaurant at 20 S. Colonial Drive Monday, Dec. 3 at 4 p.m.

“It was designed after our Riserva di Fizzano restaurant in Tuscany, Italy,” said Ray Russell, who will be general manager of the restaurant.

Russell brings 21 years of restaurant experience to his new position.

He has been with Olive Garden for more than three years, and trained at Olive Garden’s Culinary Institute of Tuscany
